I got so scared when my knees started cracking and hurting in the morning, thought I was getting permanent joint damage! It turned out to be mild age-related wear and tear that got better with simple stretches and calcium. Don't worry, go to an ortho doctor, it's very manageable.

Arthritis symptoms usually start as joint stiffness in the morning and a reduced range of motion. To keep your joints healthy, focus on low-impact exercises like swimming or cycling, and eat foods rich in Omega-3. Always consult a physiotherapist before starting any heavy workout.

For joint stiffness, we traditionally use a warm sesame oil massage with a little camphor, which helps reduce the pain during winters. However, if the joints are red, warm, and swollen, it could be rheumatoid arthritis. You must consult a proper medical doctor for testing.

Typical arthritis symptoms are joint pain, swelling, stiffness that is worse in the morning, and difficulty climbing stairs. I always advise people to get an X-ray and a blood test for uric acid or RA factor. Don't delay seeing a doctor, as early treatment saves the joint.

Listen, if your knees are hurting daily and swelling up, don't just apply pain relief gel and ignore it. Gel only hides the pain for two hours. Go get an X-ray done and consult an orthopedic doctor before the joint wear-and-tear increases.

My dad has arthritis and his fingers get really stiff and swollen, especially when the weather turns cold. He can't even open jar lids on bad days. If your joints are swelling up and hurting for more than a few weeks, definitely go see an orthopedic doctor.

I tried drinking turmeric milk, ginger tea, and using hot packs for my hand pain, but the stiffness kept getting worse. I finally realized that while these home remedies offer temporary comfort, you need proper medical treatment to prevent joint deformity. Please see a rheumatologist.

I can only share what my mother experienced with her knee arthritis. She had constant dull pain, a clicking sound while walking, and severe stiffness after sitting for a long time. She found relief after getting a customized physiotherapy plan from her doctor.
