What are the stages of pregnancy?

My husband and I are trying for a baby, and I'm curious about the entire process. What are the different stages of pregnancy, right from conception to birth?

Pregnancy is beautifully divided into three trimesters, each lasting about 3 months. The first trimester is about organ development, the second is growth, and the third is preparing for labor. Make sure you are taking your iron and folic acid supplements regularly as advised by your gynecologist.

Haan na, pregnancy ke teen main trimesters hote hain! Pehla trimester mein thoda vomiting aur fatigue hota hai, second mein baby bump dikhta hai aur energy wapas aati hai, aur third mein excitement badh jaati hai. Har stage ka apna maza hai, bas khush raho aur routine checkups karte raho.

It is divided into 3 trimesters, and honestly, the first one can be really tough with all the morning sickness. Once you hit the second trimester, things get much smoother and you actually start enjoying the process. Just eat well, sleep plenty, and enjoy this beautiful phase of your life!

You basically go through three stages or trimesters. In the first trimester, keep it light if you feel fatigued, but in the second trimester, you can do safe prenatal yoga or brisk walking to keep your stamina up. Just stay hydrated and always clear any exercise routine with your gynecologist first.

I used to panic at every little ache in my first trimester, thinking something was wrong, but it was just my body adjusting to the three stages of pregnancy. By the time I reached the third trimester, I realized all those changes were completely normal. Just trust your doctor and try to enjoy the journey without worrying too much.
