What are the signs of liver damage from turmeric?

Someone told me that too much turmeric can sometimes harm the liver, which surprised me because it's usually considered so healthy. I've been taking it for immunity. Are there any signs of liver damage one should know about if it's from turmeric?

It can be so confusing and upsetting when a natural spice we trust causes health issues. Liver strain from heavy turmeric supplements can show up as yellowing eyes, dark urine, and constant fatigue. Please be gentle with yourself and speak to a doctor to get checked.

Haan yaar, normal khane wali haldi safe hai, par log jo capsules aur supplements blindly khate hain, usse liver par load padta hai. Agar achanak urine dark ho jaye ya skin pe itching ho, toh problem ho sakti hai, na? Turant doctor ko dikhana.

I agree, taking too many concentrated turmeric supplements can strain the liver. If you notice yellow eyes or dark urine, please stop the supplements and consult a doctor.

I totally understand how terrifying it feels to worry that a health supplement has harmed your organs. If you are experiencing symptoms like nausea, dark urine, or yellow skin, please don't let anxiety take over. Just visit a doctor for a simple liver function test.

Haldi in our daily sambar or milk is very safe and healthy. But taking high-dose factory extracts can sometimes heat and harm the liver, causing yellowing of the eyes and extreme tiredness. If you see these signs, stop all supplements and see a doctor immediately.

I developed severe liver enzyme elevation last year from taking high-dose curcumin pills daily. It started with severe nausea, loss of appetite, and dark, tea-colored urine. Please be cautious with herbal pills and consult a proper medical specialist immediately.
