In my case, I noticed my cuts and scratches were taking weeks to heal, and my vision was getting blurry. My doctor did a fasting blood sugar test and diagnosed me with Type 2 diabetes.

Signs like feeling thirsty all the time, frequent urination, and constant fatigue are classic for Type 2. Daily walks and a good diet are amazing to manage it, but only after you consult a doctor and get your HbA1c checked.

I have been managing Type 2 diabetes for 10 years. Watch out for slow-healing wounds, extreme fatigue, and dry mouth. Keep a glucometer at home, but first see a doctor to get your baseline prescription.

If you notice sudden weight loss, heavy fatigue, or constant hunger in your family members, it is best to check their sugar levels. We manage this in our family with healthy eating and regular doctor visits, it is very manageable.

I always worry when I have to pee multiple times at night! But extreme thirst, blurry vision, and tingling in the hands are actual signs of diabetes. Please get a simple blood test done to be safe.

Since I already have high BP, my physician monitors me for diabetes too. Feeling unusually tired, frequent urination, and tingling in your feet are common signs. Regular blood tests are the only way to manage lifestyle diseases effectively.
