What are the signs and symptoms of tb?

Someone in my locality has been diagnosed with TB, and now I'm worried about my family. We live quite close by. What are the common signs and symptoms of TB that we should be aware of?

I completed my TB treatment last year. If you have a cough that lasts more than 2-3 weeks, low-grade fever especially in the evening, and night sweats, go get a sputum test and chest X-ray done immediately. It is completely curable.

Unexplained weight loss and a persistent cough are key symptoms of tuberculosis. A highly nutritious diet with good protein is vital for recovery, but you must first consult a doctor to start the standard DOTS medical treatment.

Beta, tuberculosis is very common in India. Typical signs are a lingering cough, night sweats, and losing weight without trying. Go to your local government health center; they do sputum tests and provide TB medicines absolutely free of cost.

TB symptoms like fever, cough, and sudden weight loss can be complicated if you have high blood sugar. Diabetics need to be extra careful and get tested early. Always consult your physician to coordinate both treatments.

My grandmother used to say that a long-lasting cough means a weak chest, but we must trust modern medicine. A cough with thick mucus or blood, fever, and chest pain are clear signs of TB. Please get a proper doctor's checkup.

Actually, my gym buddy had this cough for a month and ignored it thinking it was pollution, yaar. He also got evening fevers and heavy sweating at night. Got tested and it was TB. Please go see a doctor soon.
