Yaar, if you notice your urine is looking unusually dark or red, like beetroot juice, that's the most common sign. Even if it doesn't hurt, you should stop looking at food menus and go straight to a doctor to get a urine test done.

My uncle experienced lower back pain on one side and frequent, painful urination. While family elders thought it was just a urinary tract infection or heat, we immediately took him to a urologist who diagnosed it early. It is always safest to trust a specialist's advice for such symptoms.

My grandfather had bladder cancer. His first symptom was completely painless blood in his urine, which came and went. He also had a burning sensation during urination and had to rush to the bathroom very often. Please don't ignore blood in the urine, even if it happens just once.

The hallmark sign of bladder cancer is hematuria, which is blood in the urine making it look pink, red, or cola-colored. Other symptoms can include pelvic pain, back pain, and a feeling of bladder fullness even after urinating. Please get a sonography and urine routine test done promptly if you notice these.

I agree. Painless blood in the urine is the primary warning sign, so consulting a urologist immediately is extremely important.

According to the urologist I consulted for my father, bladder cancer symptoms often mimic severe cystitis or kidney stones, including frequent urination and pelvic discomfort. However, the presence of microscopic or gross hematuria requires a thorough urological workup to rule out malignancy. Please seek medical attention.

Sometimes people confuse chronic urinary irritation with a simple infection, but it needs deep investigation if it keeps coming back. Just like we monitor thyroid levels regularly, any recurring urinary symptoms require proper diagnostic follow-up and cystoscopy under a doctor's guidance.
