What are the best baby sleep tips?

My newborn is having a lot of trouble sleeping through the night, and my husband and I are exhausted. We've tried a few things, but nothing seems to stick. Can anyone share some of the best tips for getting babies to sleep better?

Baby sleep tips? Ha! My kids are grown now, but I remember those days. 'Best' tip is to sleep when the baby sleeps, they said. I just ended up more tired! But seriously, a consistent bedtime routine helps. And pray. A lot.

Creating a consistent routine is key, dear. A warm bath, a gentle massage, dim lights, and a lullaby before bed can signal to the baby that it's sleep time. Also, make sure their room is dark and a comfortable temperature. Don't worry, you'll find what works best for your little one.

Ho na, baby ko sulana kitna mushkil hota hai. Maine apne bacche ke liye ek fix schedule banaya tha. Din mein thoda activity, shaam ko quiet time. Aur haan, bedtime story bhi bahut help karta hai.

It's totally normal to feel anxious about baby sleep, everyone does! What helped me was focusing on a calm environment and a good routine. Don't compare your baby's sleep to others. Every baby is different, and you're doing great. Just be patient and consistent.

A warm oil massage before bath and sleep worked well for my little one. It's very calming for them.

Haan, bachchon ko sulana ek art hai, na? Humne toh white noise machine use ki thi, bohot kaam aayi. Aur haan, unko din mein proper naps dilao, taaki raat ko zyada tired na ho. Try different things, jo set ho jaye.
