What are the benefits of eating liver?

My doctor recently suggested I increase my intake of iron and certain vitamins. I heard that eating liver can be very good for you. What are the main benefits of eating liver, like chicken or goat liver?

Yaar, liver is like a superfood, no? My nani always used to say it's full of iron and vitamins. Don't stress, just eat it if you like it, it's good for you in moderation!

While liver is very nutrient-dense, especially for iron and B vitamins, it's not for everyone, especially vegetarians like me. There are always plant-based alternatives to get similar benefits. Just be mindful of your dietary choices.

Actually, my uncle used to tell me ke liver khana bohot accha hota hai blood badhane ke liye. Especially chicken liver, it's full of iron. I mean, it's not my favourite taste but yaar, health ke liye try karte hain kabhi kabhi.

Yes, liver is rich in essential vitamins and minerals, particularly B vitamins and iron. It's often recommended for people with anaemia or nutrient deficiencies. Just make sure it's cooked properly and consumed in moderation, as it's high in Vitamin A, which can be excessive.

Liver is a powerhouse of nutrients like Vitamin A, B12, and iron, way more than many other foods. If you track your macros/micros, you'll see it gives a huge boost. My fitness tracker often suggests it if my iron intake is low.

Internet pe har doosri cheez ko superfood bolte hain. Liver is nutritious, no doubt, but don't just blindly follow trends. Always check with your family doctor or a dietician if it's suitable for your specific health conditions. Especially if you have any pre-existing issues.
