My mother used to say to drink tender coconut water for health. But for kidney stones, it's a very sharp pain in the back or side, which can move down. Also, burning when you pee, or blood in the urine. For these serious pains, it is best to consult a doctor immediately, even if we try home remedies for small discomforts.

I'm always staying hydrated, especially before and after my runs, to avoid kidney stones. But if they do form, the main symptom is excruciating pain in your side and back, often radiating to the lower abdomen. Nausea, vomiting, and blood in urine are also common. If you feel such pain, don't try to exercise it off, rush to the hospital.

Kidney stone pain is quite distinctive and very severe. It typically starts in your back or side, below the ribs, and radiates to your lower abdomen and groin. Other signs include pain while urinating, pink, red, or brown urine, cloudy or foul-smelling urine, nausea, and vomiting. If you experience these, especially severe pain, go to the emergency room.

Hey, for kidney stones, the pain is usually super intense, like a sharp, cramping pain in your back or side. It might also spread to your lower belly. You might feel like throwing up, or see blood in your urine, or it might sting when you pee. Drink lots of water, but honestly, for that kind of pain, you need to see a doctor asap for proper pain relief and diagnosis.

As someone with thyroid, I know the importance of regular tests and doctor follow-ups. For kidney stones, the pain is usually very sharp in the back or side, and it can come in waves. You might also have nausea, fever, or notice blood in your urine. Don't self-medicate; definitely see a doctor to get it diagnosed and treated properly.

My friend had kidney stones, and she said the pain was just unbearable, like the worst thing ever. It was in her back and side, and she also felt like she needed to pee constantly, but not much came out. Also, her urine was a bit reddish. If you feel something like that, please go to the doctor right away.

While I always try natural ways for small ailments, for something as serious as kidney stones, home remedies are simply not enough. The pain is usually very severe in the back or side, and you might see blood in your urine. These are serious signs that need proper medical attention, not just natural oils. Go to a doctor.
