Besides just feeling constantly tired, which I usually blame on my age, actual liver issue signs are yellow eyes, dark tea-colored urine, and severe loss of appetite. If your stomach starts bloating like you've eaten a massive feast every day, it is time to stop searching Google and go see a doctor.
Common symptoms include yellowing of the skin or eyes, which is jaundice, along with dark urine and persistent fatigue. You might also feel pain or swelling in the upper right side of your abdomen. If you notice these, it is very important to get a liver function blood test done.
Look out for key signs like jaundice, very dark urine, pale-colored stools, and persistent nausea or vomiting. Chronic fatigue and swelling in the legs or abdomen are also major red flags. If you or anyone else has these symptoms, please get an LFT blood test and consult a doctor immediately.
Honestly, I thought my constant tiredness was just because of my terrible sleep schedule, but apparently chronic fatigue can be a liver symptom too. Other obvious signs are yellow skin and dark pee. If you are experiencing these, please go get tested instead of scrolling through health forums late at night.

Beta, the first signs are often a complete loss of appetite, a bitter taste in the mouth, and yellowing of the eyes. While eating light, oil-free food and amla can help keep the system cool, you must not ignore these signs. Go to a good physician and get your liver checked properly.
