What anti inflammatory is safe for kidneys and liver?

My husband has some kidney issues and also a slightly fatty liver, so we're very careful about what medication he takes. He often has body aches and needs an anti-inflammatory. Is there an anti-inflammatory that is safe for both kidneys and liver?

Honestly bro, almost all NSAIDs like ibuprofen can hurt your kidneys and liver if you take them too much. When I had muscle soreness, my doc told me to avoid poping pills and suggested paracetamol for basic pain relief, but with proper limits.

I am also always so scared of taking painkillers because of kidney risks! Does anyone else feel super anxious whenever they have to take even a basic pill? I usually just try to use hot water bags instead.

Instead of pills that strain the liver, I always focus on natural anti-inflammatory foods. Adding turmeric (haldi) with black pepper and ginger to your daily meals can naturally help reduce inflammation without any harsh side effects on your organs.

I totally get it, worrying about organ health while dealing with chronic pain is so stressful. Paracetamol is generally considered safer for kidneys than painkillers like combiflam, but please talk to your doctor before making a choice.

Buying random painkillers might seem cheap now, but kidney treatment or regular dialysis later is incredibly expensive. It is much wiser to spend a little on a doctor's prescription and get a basic kidney function test done first to see what's actually safe for you.

I have dealt with kidney stones in the past, so I am very careful. Standard anti-inflammatories like diclofenac are a big no for kidney patients. My nephrologist only allowed paracetamol under strict supervision, alongside drinking plenty of water.

For safe inflammation relief, I try to feast on berries, walnuts, and garlic because normal painkillers can really mess with my stomach and digestion. Keeping your gut happy is the best way to keep your liver happy!

I don't have time for long healing processes, but rushing into self-medication is a bad idea. For kidney and liver safety, paracetamol is often preferred over typical NSAIDs, but you should spend 10 minutes doing a quick teleconsultation with a doctor to get the right safe dosage.
