What age does hair fall start?

I've noticed my hairline receding a bit, and I'm only in my late twenties. My father started losing his hair early too. At what age does hair fall typically start for men?

My hair fall started at age 22, and I ignored it thinking it was normal water change. It turned out to be severe alopecia due to an underlying autoimmune issue, and by the time I saw a doctor, I had lost half my volume. Please see a dermatologist early if you see sudden thinning.

I am only 19 and I've started seeing a lot of hair on my pillow lately. Is it normal for hair fall to start during college years? I'm really scared and don't know what oil to use.

Mine started right in my mid-20s, probably because I survived on street food and late-night spicy rolls during my first job. Honestly, eating a balanced diet with good protein actually helps. You can't just rely on external shampoos if you aren't eating right!

I completely understand how stressful it is to see your hair falling out, it used to give me panic attacks every time I combed my hair in my early 20s. Please know that hair fall can start at any age due to stress, pollution, or hormones. Try to calm down and consult a doctor first, worrying only makes it worse.

My hairline started receding in my late 20s, around the same time my high blood pressure was detected. Poor lifestyle, high stress, and bad sleep affect both your heart and your hair. Get a proper checkup to see if it's systemic or genetic.
