Is yellow discharge normal during pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester and have noticed a bit of yellowish discharge. My friend said it's normal but I'm still a little concerned. Is yellow discharge usually normal during pregnancy?

I totally get it, every little change in your body during pregnancy can make you so anxious. Yellow discharge isn't always normal, especially if there is itching or a bad smell. It is best to mention it to your gynecologist at your next visit.

Don't stress, but please keep an eye on it. Normal pregnancy discharge is usually thin and white; a yellow tint can sometimes mean a mild infection. Just let your doctor know so they can check it safely for you and the baby.

Agreed, it is better to be safe. If the yellow discharge has a strong smell or causes irritation, please consult your gynaecologist immediately.

Between the morning sickness and zero sleep, dealing with weird discharge is the last thing you need! But seriously, yellow discharge can indicate an infection, so let your doctor handle it instead of searching online.

Instead of waiting and letting a potential infection get worse, which might require more expensive treatments later, it's better to get a quick routine checkup now. A simple consultation and a cheap swap test will clear all doubts.

I literally had this exact issue last month in my second trimester. My doctor ran a quick test, diagnosed a mild yeast infection, and gave me pregnancy-safe vaginal suppositories. It cleared up in three days!
