Is white monster bad for weight loss?

I drink White Monster energy drinks sometimes when I need a boost. I'm also trying to lose weight. Can these energy drinks be bad for my weight loss efforts, or are they okay in moderation?

I used to rely so heavily on energy drinks when I was trying to cut down on food, thinking zero sugar meant zero issues. But mentally, it just kept my cravings for sweet things alive and made my weight loss journey much harder. I know how tough it is to balance energy and diet, so be kind to yourself.

Why spend 110 rupees on a can of imported chemical water when you can have fresh nimbu paani with black salt? It costs five rupees, aids digestion, and is actually good for your body during weight loss. Simple ghar ka solutions are always the best.

I ended up with severe stomach acidity and heart palpitations after drinking these on an empty stomach for a month. It really messed up my digestion. I highly recommend discussing your diet plans and supplement intake with a certified nutritionist or doctor first.

Technically it has zero sugar so it won't break your fast or ruin your daily calories! Just don't overdo it because too much caffeine isn't great. Black coffee is a much cleaner option if you ask me.

Please be careful with these highly caffeinated drinks. When I was trying to lose weight, my doctor told me to cut them out completely because they were spiking my blood pressure. It is much safer to stick to regular green tea and get your BP checked routinely.

From a pure calorie-in, calorie-out perspective, it has only about 10 calories so it won't impact your daily target on HealthifyMe. However, look at the ingredients list—those sweeteners can sometimes cause bloating. Keep a track of your daily water intake too if you drink these.

These artificial energy drinks create unnecessary heat and restlessness in our system, which goes against a mindful lifestyle. I found that starting my day with gentle breathing exercises and natural warm water with honey gave me far better, sustained energy for my weight journey.

Honestly, I drank White Monster almost every day during my calorie deficit and still lost 8 kilos. For me, it worked as a great caffeine kick without the calories of milk tea. But everyone's body reacts differently to artificial sweeteners.
