I've been a diabetic for quite some years now and am always looking for ways to manage it better. Someone recently told me that Vitamin C might be beneficial for diabetes. Is this true?

Yes, Vitamin C is good as it helps reduce oxidative stress in diabetics. Just make sure to get it from amla or lemons instead of sugary juices.

I have both high BP and diabetes, and my doctor told me Vitamin C is great for blood vessel health. But remember, vitamins alone won't control your sugar. You need daily walks, strict salt control, and regular HbA1c checkups to stay healthy.

My dad is diabetic and he takes a daily Vitamin C supplement on his doctor's advice because it helps with skin healing and immunity. Eating a whole orange is also great, just avoid those processed orange juices which are full of sugar!

I know how stressful managing diabetes can be, and you end up worrying about every single thing you eat. Vitamin C is actually very safe and beneficial for diabetics, but please check with your doctor for the right daily dosage so you don't overdo it.

I am so tired from my night shifts that I need a giant glass of lemon water myself! But yes, Vitamin C is generally considered good for diabetics to keep their immunity up. Just don't add three spoons of sugar to that lemon water, okay?

I always trust natural things like fresh amla or a squeeze of lemon in warm water for Vitamin C. It is wonderful for diabetics and helps keep your eyes and skin healthy. Just stick to natural fruits instead of tablets if your doctor agrees.

With my PCOS, insulin resistance is always a struggle, and my nutritionist suggested adding Vitamin C-rich foods to help lower inflammation. It seems to help, but everyone's body is different. It is best to consult your dietician before starting any high-dose supplements.

As a diabetic myself, I take Vitamin C to help prevent long-term blood vessel damage. But be very careful with fruits like sweet oranges or mangoes which have high sugar. I stick to amla or lemon water without sugar to get my daily dose safely.
