Is there a weight loss patch that really works?

Been seeing so many ads for these weight loss patches online and on TV. My friend used one but didn't say much about it. Just wondering if these actually work, ya phir sab marketing gimmick hai?

I was looking into this because the ads make it look so effortless and scientific. But from all the reliable medical journals I searched, there is absolutely zero evidence that these patches work for fat loss. It is definitely safer to skip them and ask a professional.

Please don't buy these patches, as they are not safe or tested for long-term health. I always tell my daughter that maintaining a clean home-cooked diet is the only healthy way to lose weight. We should not teach our children to rely on unsafe shortcuts.

When I asked my endocrinologist at Fortis about these trending weight loss patches, he outright dismissed them as unscientific. He advised that putting unapproved chemicals on the skin can cause severe contact dermatitis. Please consult a qualified doctor before trying such random online products.

Haan yaar, ye sab patches bilkul bekar hote hain, koi kam nahi karta. Maine khud ek baar manga ke dekha tha, skin par itching hone lagi bas, na? Diet badlo aur walk karo, wahi kaam aayega.

I know how desperate we can feel to lose weight quickly when health anxiety kicks in, but please don't fall for these patches. Trying unverified products only increased my panic about side effects. Stick to simple, safe habits and let a professional doctor guide your weight loss journey.

If a simple sticker could burn off my biryani calories, I would be a fitness model by now. Sadly, these patches are just expensive band-aids for our wishful thinking. Better to save your money, sleep well, and do some actual sweat sessions.
