Is there a cure for hair loss yet?

Been noticing my hairline receding quite a bit lately, and it's making me really conscious. My dad also faced hair loss early. I just wanted to know if there's any permanent solution now, or if it's still just temporary fixes available?

I totally get it, seeing hair everywhere on the floor can be so stressful. Honestly, there is no single magic cure that works overnight, but you can definitely control it. First, get your blood tests done to check for vitamin deficiencies, as that is super common.

Dekho boss, there is no permanent cure to stop aging or genetics completely. Don't waste money on those fancy oils and shampoo ads. Just go to a proper dermatologist and let them check if it is male pattern baldness or just seasonal shedding. They have proper medical options that actually work.

I went to a specialist at Apollo last year because my hairline was receding fast. He clearly explained that treatments like minoxidil or PRP therapy can help, but you must ask your doctor about the long-term side effects first. Don't start any hair medications on your own without a prescription.

A lot of hair fall happens due to poor blood circulation and high stress levels. If your doctor allows, try to include regular brisk walking or jogging in your routine. It really helps lower cortisol levels, which is amazing for your overall scalp health and hair strength.

In my experience, hair health is closely linked to our inner peace and digestion. Doing daily pranayama, especially Kapalbhati and Balayam, has helped me control my hair fall to a great extent. Of course, take a nutritious diet with curry leaves and amla alongside, it takes time but works gently.
