Is there a cure for hair loss?

Lately, I've noticed a lot more hair falling out than usual, especially after washing. It's making my hair look thinner, and I'm quite worried. Is there a definitive cure for hair loss, or are there only treatments to slow it down?

I started losing hair at 22 and tried everything. Honestly, there is no permanent cure, but dermatologist-prescribed treatments can slow it down or help regrowth. Just go to a proper skin specialist instead of wasting money on random oils.

I tried onion juice, curd, and every herb under the sun for my hair fall. While some home remedies soothe the scalp, they don't cure hormonal hair loss. It's best to consult a dermatologist to find the root cause early.

Dealing with chronic health issues taught me that hair loss can often be linked to nutritional deficiencies or thyroid imbalance. Eating a balanced diet is helpful, but you must consult a medical specialist for a proper diagnosis.

Up at 2 AM counting the hair on my pillow... not a great feeling! While there is no instant cure, some medical lotions help, but honestly, stress makes it worse. Talk to a doctor and try to get some sleep!
