Is thc or alcohol worse for your liver?

There's a lot of debate among my friends about this. Some people argue THC is safer, others say alcohol is worse. In terms of liver damage, which one is generally considered worse for your liver: THC or alcohol?

Haan, ye toh bahut common question hai. Generally, alcohol is known to be much harder on the liver, especially in regular, high amounts. THC ka effect thoda different hota hai, but na, it doesn't mean it's completely harmless. Dono ka excessive use toh liver ke liye achha nahi hai.

A good rule of thumb is, if you have to ask if something is bad for your liver, it's probably not doing it any favours. Alcohol is a known villain for the liver. THC, while maybe not as aggressive, still makes the liver work. The simplest solution is to minimise both and focus on healthy eating and water intake.

From what I've learned and from my doctor's advice, chronic and heavy alcohol consumption is a major cause of liver disease globally. While THC does get processed by the liver, the damage profile is generally not considered as severe or direct as alcohol. However, neither is 'good' for your liver. Moderation or abstaining is key for liver health, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

Oh, the liver is already working so hard with all our biryanis and jalebis! 😂 But on a serious note, alcohol is notorious for liver damage. THC is different, but honestly, anything processed by the body should be consumed mindfully. Maybe stick to healthy snacks instead!

Our bodies are designed to heal naturally, but some things can really throw them off. Alcohol, in large quantities, is widely known to be very damaging to the liver. Regarding THC, I'd say it's best to consult a medical professional who understands your health history. Don't rely on guesses when it comes to such important organs.
