Is sparkling water bad for your liver?

My neighbor told me that sparkling water is not good for your liver and that I should stick to plain water. I enjoy sparkling water with my meals sometimes. Is sparkling water bad for your liver, or is that just a myth?

There is no scientific link showing plain sparkling water damages the liver. My doctor explicitly told me that carbonated water is processed just like normal water by our digestive system and has no negative impact on liver enzymes.

Plain sparkling water won't harm your liver. If you want to keep your liver healthy, focus on cutting down processed food and doing 30 minutes of brisk walking daily. Keeping your body active is the best detox.

Instead of spending money on expensive sparkling water bottles and then worrying about liver health, just get a basic LFT blood test done to know your actual liver health. It costs around 500 rupees and gives you total peace of mind.

Actually yaar, it is just normal carbonated water, so liver pe koi load nahi padta. Just check the ingredients list to ensure there's no added sugar. Otherwise it is totally cool.

I completely understand why you are anxious; I also used to google every little ingredient thinking it would harm my organs. But rest assured, plain sparkling water is very safe for the liver. You can relax.

Hey, don't worry! Plain sparkling water is totally safe. I love having it with a bit of lemon and it has never caused any issues. Just make sure to avoid the sugary flavored ones.

Humare liver ko alcohol aur heavy oily khana kharab karta hai, bechara sparkling water nahi! Drink it without stress, at least it keeps you away from sugary sodas.

I have thyroid issues and always worry about how different things affect my liver and metabolism. My doctor advised me to get regular blood profiles done. Plain sparkling water is fine, but keeping an eye on regular tests is always smart.

Bhaiya, sade paani se badhkar kuch nahi hota humare sharir ke liye. Yeh gas wala paani nuksan nahi karega par ghar ka ghada ka paani peene se liver aur pet dono thandak paate hain.

Honestly, my liver has survived on black coffee and zero sleep this week, so sparkling water is the least of its worries! It's perfectly safe, go ahead and enjoy the fizz.

I track my daily hydration and plain sparkling water is perfectly safe. The liver filters toxins, and carbonated water doesn't contain anything toxic as long as there is no alcohol or added high-fructose corn syrup in it.
