Yaar, actually some people say it helps, na? Like, the Dead Sea is famous for it. But for regular sea water, I think it depends on your skin. Some find it soothing, some find it irritating. Better to check with a doc first, warna problem badh sakti hai.

While some people feel a temporary relief from sea water, it's not a permanent cure for psoriasis. I'd suggest focusing on reducing inflammation internally through a clean diet, good hydration, and consistent exercise. These things support overall skin health much more effectively.

My aunt used to say that sea water sometimes helps, especially if it's warm, but it is not a solution, dear. For serious conditions like psoriasis, always listen to the doctor. They will give the right medicine and treatment. Please consult a good skin specialist.

It's totally normal to look for different remedies when you're dealing with something persistent like psoriasis. I remember feeling so anxious about my own health issues and trying everything. While some people report benefits from sea water, it can also dry out skin. Please, consult a dermatologist to understand what's best for your specific case.

Just like how careful I have to be with my sugar intake for diabetes, similarly, for skin conditions, one must be cautious. Sea water might offer temporary relief for some due to its minerals, but it's not a substitute for proper medical treatment. Consult a dermatologist for an effective plan.
