Is prune juice ok during pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and have been having some constipation issues, so my aunt suggested I drink prune juice. I just want to be sure and check if prune juice is okay to have during pregnancy. I'm a bit nervous about anything I consume right now.

During pregnancy, every small complication can lead to expensive doctor visits and tests which can disrupt your monthly budget. Prune juice is generally safe and cheap for constipation, but just verify once with your gynaecologist during your regular monthly scan to avoid any extra hassle later.

Yes, it is usually fine to have it in moderate amounts to help with constipation. Just take care of your health and don't worry too much.

Hey, don't stress too much about every little food item! Prune juice is actually a lifesaver for that annoying pregnancy constipation. Just have a small glass and see how it suits you, you are doing great.

I had to be extremely careful with my diet due to PCOS before my pregnancy, so I understand the hesitation. Prune juice can have high natural sugars which might affect your gestational sugar levels. It's best to consult your doc before starting it regularly.

Actually prune juice is pretty safe, yaar. My wife had it when she was expecting because digestion becomes a total mess. Just check with your gynac once during your routine visit to be 100% sure.

Haan na, pregnancy mein constipation ka bada jhikjhik hota hai. Prune juice is very helpful, but starting clear advice from your doctor is always better. Safe side pe thoda hi peena starting mein.
