Is pregnancy brain real?

I've been noticing a real change in my concentration and memory since getting pregnant. My friends say it's 'pregnancy brain'. Is pregnancy brain real, or am I just imagining it?

Arrey, it is 100% real! I once searched for my spectacles for half an hour when they were sitting on my head. With all the physical exhaustion and hormonal changes, it's a miracle we remember our own names!

Yes, totally! I keep forgetting why I walked into a room. It is just the lack of sleep and massive hormonal shifts. Don't stress, just start using sticky notes around the house.

I completely understand how scary it feels when your memory suddenly starts slipping. But please don't worry, it is a very common and scientifically documented thing called mommy brain. You are not losing your mind, it's just temporary.

It is just nature's way of making you focus inward on your baby. Don't let this forgetfulness worry you; stay positive and try to spend 10 minutes meditating every morning to calm your mind.

Yes, sleep deprivation and hormonal surges explain this scientifically. I used my smartwatch to track my wife's sleep quality during her pregnancy, and the deep sleep drop correlated directly with her forgetful days. Try tracking sleep and rest more.

Having seen many young mothers go through this, I can tell you it is absolutely standard. Your brain is prioritizing the baby. Keep a pocket dairy with you to note down groceries and medicines.

Our elders say that the mind gets distracted because the body is putting all energy into the baby's growth. My wife's doctor also confirmed this is completely normal. Just take rest and don't take too much pressure.

My wife used to leave the stove on and forget when she was expecting our first son. It is a very natural phase that passes once the baby is born. Do not worry, you will get your sharp memory back in time.

It is real, beta. Eating soaked almonds and walnuts daily can help keep your mind sharp. However, if you feel extreme confusion or severe headaches, please consult your doctor immediately.

Yes, it is real, but don't go spending money on expensive brain boosters or supplements unless the doctor prescribes them. Just use free phone reminder apps to track your bills and appointments.

It is real, but please monitor it carefully. If you feel sudden fainting spells, severe brain fog with blurry vision, or extreme confusion, don't just blame pregnancy brain—go see your doctor immediately to rule out blood pressure issues.

Haha, my wife once tried to unlock the house door with her car keys and got frustrated. It is totally real and honestly quite funny once you get used to it. Just laugh it off and blame the hormones!
