Is pizza a surgery for diabetes?

My son has diabetes and he loves pizza. His friends keep teasing him saying he needs 'pizza surgery' for diabetes. What does that even mean? Is pizza a surgery for diabetes?

Absolutely not. This sounds like some fake news or a bad joke. You must never trust such claims, especially when it comes to serious health conditions like diabetes. Always, always verify with a qualified doctor.

Arre, pizza is food, not surgery, bhai. Diabetes needs proper medical treatment and diet control. Don't believe anything you read like that, it's just misinformation.

For diabetes, my family members follow doctor's advice and proper diet. Pizza is definitely not part of any treatment. Please, only trust medical professionals for such serious matters.

It's easy to get confused with so much info online, I used to get anxious too. But definitely, pizza is not a surgery for diabetes. Diabetes needs proper medical management. Please talk to a doctor about your concerns.

Oh my God, where did you hear that? Please, please don't believe such things. This sounds very dangerous. Diabetes is a medical condition that needs a doctor's diagnosis and treatment plan, not... pizza. It's important to be careful with health information.

Yeh kya baat hui? Pizza is junk food, it can't be surgery. Diabetes management means controlling sugar and eating healthy, maybe some medicines. Don't look for quick fixes online, it's not practical or safe.
