No, absolutely not. My wife was advised against Pepto Bismol during her pregnancy by her gynaecologist because of certain ingredients that could be harmful to the baby, especially later in pregnancy. Please do not take any over-the-counter medicine without confirming with your doctor first.

Yaar, actually, for pregnancy, you have to be super careful. Pepto Bismol has bismuth subsalicylate, which is like aspirin, and docs usually say no to aspirin in pregnancy. So definitely check with your gynaecologist before taking it, please!

My wife had complications during her second trimester, and her gynaecologist was extremely strict about medications. Pepto Bismol was one of the medicines they strongly advised against due to its ingredients. It's crucial to consult your doctor for any medication during pregnancy to avoid potential risks.

I remember seeing this question early in my pregnancy and panicking! My doctor clearly said NO to Pepto Bismol. There are other safer options for nausea or upset stomach during pregnancy. Don't risk it, just ask your doctor for alternatives.

Generally, Pepto Bismol is not recommended during pregnancy, particularly in the third trimester, due to its salicylate content. Salicylates are related to aspirin and can pose risks. For any stomach discomfort or nausea during pregnancy, it is paramount to consult your obstetrician for safe and appropriate treatment options.

Hey girl, don't stress, but also don't take Pepto Bismol without checking! My bestie was pregnant and her doc said no way to it. There are safer meds for morning sickness or indigestion. Just call your gynaec, they'll tell you what's okay!

Dear, during pregnancy, it is very important to consult your gynaecologist before taking any medication, even over-the-counter ones. Pepto Bismol contains salicylates, which are generally not recommended during pregnancy, especially in the later trimesters. Please ask your doctor for safe alternatives for your symptoms.
