Is peanut butter good for weight gain?

I've been working out a lot to build muscle, but I'm struggling to gain weight. My trainer suggested adding more calories, and I thought about peanut butter. Is peanut butter good for weight gain, or should I look at other options?

For weight gain, peanut butter is calorie-dense, so it can definitely help. But make sure you're getting enough protein and carbs from other sources too, not just relying on expensive peanut butter. A balanced diet with home-cooked meals is usually more cost-effective and healthier for gaining weight properly.

Oh absolutely! Peanut butter is my go-to when I want something yummy and filling. It's packed with calories and good fats, so a few spoonfuls on toast or with fruit can really boost your intake. Plus, it's so versatile, you can add it to smoothies or just eat it straight from the jar, yum!

Beta, in my younger days, we used to just eat groundnuts for strength. Peanut butter is like that, but more refined. It has good fats and protein, so if you are trying to gain weight in a healthy way, a little bit each day can certainly help. Just ensure you're eating proper meals too, not just relying on this.

Oh, I've been trying to gain a little weight, and I love peanut butter. So, it actually helps? Should I look for a specific kind, like the one with extra oil or protein, or just regular natural peanut butter is fine? I'm a bit confused.

If you're trying to gain weight, peanut butter is your new best friend! It's delicious, calorie-dense, and makes everything taste better. Just be careful not to eat the whole jar in one sitting... unless that's your weight gain strategy, then carry on, you magnificent calorie-consumer! Haha!
