Is orange juice good for pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and trying to stay hydrated and get enough vitamins. I love having a glass of orange juice with breakfast. Is orange juice good for pregnancy, or should I dilute it or avoid it because of the sugar content?

During my pregnancy, I found that fresh, room-temperature orange juice was a lovely way to get natural Vitamin C and folate, which supported my morning routine. Pairing it with gentle breathing exercises really helped with early morning nausea. Just ensure it is freshly squeezed at home to keep it pure and hygienic.

Haan, orange juice toh bahut badiya hai pregnancy mein, especially iron absorb karne ke liye. Bas market ka packed wala juice mat lena na, usme bahut sugar aur preservatives hote hain. Ghar pe nikal ke fresh piyo, mummy bolti hain baby ke liye bhi acha hai.

My sister used to drink fresh orange juice almost every day when she was expecting last year. Her doctor told her it helps absorb the iron tablets she was taking. Just make sure it is washed properly and made at home to avoid any stomach infections.

Honestly, during pregnancy, I drank whatever kept me awake and didn't make me throw up! Orange juice was my absolute lifesaver for quick energy, even if the heartburn later was real. Just buy a simple hand press juicer at home because nobody has the energy to clean those big mixer-grinders.

I totally understand how stressful it is to double-check literally every single food item when you are pregnant, I was the exact same way. Orange juice is generally great for folate, but it can cause bad acidity or heartburn for some. Don't worry, just try a few sips first to see how your stomach feels.

My wife had major citrus cravings during her second trimester and practically lived on oranges and fresh juice! It is a fantastic, refreshing snack, but we always made sure she didn't drink it on an empty stomach to avoid reflux. Go for fresh home-squeezed juice with a pinch of black salt for that extra kick!
