Orange juice is great for vitamin C, but watch out for the sugar spike. Honestly, eating the whole fruit is much better. I pairing it with my daily morning walks, which kept my energy up throughout the second trimester.

It definitely is, as it helps absorb iron from your prenatal vitamins. Just make sure you pasteurized juice, not the raw ones from local road shops to avoid infections. Keep it to one small glass a day.

Fresh OJ has great folate content which is very important now. But packed ones are loaded with extra sugar. Better to squeeze it fresh at home and combine it with some light strength training if your gynaec says yes.

My wife used to log her meals on HealthifyMe during her pregnancy and OJ was a regular. It tracks high in potassium which helps with leg cramps. Just keep an eye on active sugar limits on your app.

Beta, fresh fruits and juices are always a blessing during these special months. Orange juice gives a lot of freshness when you feel nauseous. Just make it at home and don't add extra white sugar to it.

Yes, orange juice is good, but don't drink it on an empty stomach because it can trigger acidity. Being a pure vegetarian, I relied on it to boost my iron levels. Always better to consult your doctor once about your daily diet plan.

My wife drank so much orange juice during pregnancy to fight her tiredness. Honestly, it gave her a quick energy boost while we were running around preparing the nursery. Just don't drink it late night or heartburn will keep u awake.
