Is lower abdominal cramping a sign of pregnancy?

My periods are late, and I've been having some mild cramping in my lower abdomen, not like my usual period cramps. Could this lower abdominal cramping be an early sign of pregnancy? I'm feeling very anxious.

Yes, mild cramping can sometimes be an early sign when the embryo implants. Just rest well and take a simple urine pregnancy test if your period is missed.

I had these exact mild cramps last year and was so stressed, but then my periods arrived just a day late. Sometimes it is just normal bloating or muscle stretch. Don't worry too much.

Lower abdominal cramping can happen during early pregnancy, ho na. But honestly, it is also a very common sign of periods coming. Wait for a couple of days and do a home test.

Look, guessing won't help. Cramping can be because of gas, periods, or pregnancy. Just buy a 50 rupees test kit from the chemist and check morning urine after a missed period.

It can be! Many of my friends felt mild cramps before they got their positive test. Keep fingers crossed and check after a missed period.
