Is loud music bad for pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester, and my husband loves playing loud music in the car. I'm worried if it's okay for the baby inside. Is loud music bad for pregnancy, especially for the baby's hearing?

Loud music can make the baby startle inside the womb and can also increase the mother's stress levels. It is always better to listen to soft, calming music or simple devotional songs at home, which keeps both mother and child peaceful.

I totally get it, sometimes you just want to let loose and enjoy a good party or concert. But very loud bass can actually disturb the baby's sleep cycles and stress you out, so it's safer to avoid loud events for a few months.

There are many myths online about this, but medically, continuous exposure to very high decibel noise is not recommended during pregnancy. Don't rely on random internet advice—just ask your gynecologist about the safe sound limits.

Yes, very loud music or concerts can stress the baby, especially after the second trimester when they can hear sounds! 🎶 Try to keep the volume low and enjoy soft melodies for a happy baby! 💕

I accidentally went to a wedding with very loud speakers yesterday and felt the baby kick very hard and fast. I am so anxious now, did anyone else feel their baby react strongly to loud noises?
