My wife ate kiwi almost every day during her pregnancy. It has lots of folate which the doctor said is super important for the baby. It's totally safe and healthy.

Our gynecologist specifically suggested kiwi because it contains natural folate which prevents neural tube defects in infants. It also has a low glycemic index, which helps prevent gestational diabetes. Just make sure to wash it thoroughly before eating.

Kiwi is great during pregnancy for keeping nutrition high. It has clean carbs and lots of fiber, which helps with sluggish digestion. Pair it with light walking to keep maternal health optimal.

Haan beta, kiwi bohot accha phal hai. Meri bahu ko doctor ne bola tha khane ko jab woh pet se thi. Isse sharir mein takat rehti hai aur pet bhi saaf rehta hai, zaroor khao.
