Is kilgour md legit for hair loss?

Been seeing a lot of ads for Kilgour MD for hair loss treatments. My hair is thinning a lot lately, and I was wondering if anyone has tried it or knows if it's actually effective and safe. Don't want to waste money on something that doesn't work.

No brand can fix hair loss if your inside nutrition is messed up, bro. I noticed my hair quality improved way more when I fixed my protein intake and started sleeping 7 hours rather than trying expensive serums. Focus on basic nutrition first.

Hey, don't stress too much about these fancy brands online! Honestly, hair fall happens to all of us due to weather and stress. Just chill out, eat well, and don't spend a bomb on every new product you see on Instagram.

While Kilgour MD has some scientific backing behind its ingredients, imported hair serums can be quite expensive and might not address the root cause of your hair loss. A local dermatologist can easily identify if it's pattern baldness, nutritional deficiency, or hormonal, which saves you both time and money.

Don't make the mistake I did of wasting six months trying random products online while my hairline kept receding. By the time I went to a doctor, the hair follicles were already dead. Get a proper checkup done now so you don't regret it later.

Honestly, don't trust these random internet remedies and heavy marketing. Half of these online brands just use paid reviews to hype their products. Go to a proper clinic and let a dermatologist examine your scalp.

I actually researched Kilgour MD because it uses plant-derived ingredients to prevent hair follicle aging. But when I asked my trichologist, she said standard clinically proven treatments like Minoxidil or Rosemary oil work much better for Indian scalp types and cost a fraction of the price.

Any new product you apply to your scalp can cause allergic reactions or contact dermatitis if you are sensitive. It is always safer to consult a skin specialist before trying international brands, just to be on the safe side.

Before buying any topical products, please get your thyroid levels checked. My hair was falling out in clumps and no serum helped because my TSH was completely off. Once I got my thyroid medication sorted with my doctor, my hair started recovering naturally.

I completely panicked last winter when I saw my hair brush full of strands and almost ordered every imported serum online. But actually, it was just seasonal shedding and stress! It settled down on its own once I relaxed, so don't rush into buying expensive stuff.
