Is it possible to stop hair fall?

My hair fall has gotten really bad lately, especially after washing. Is there any way to actually stop it completely, or at least reduce it a lot? I'm worried about bald patches.

Look, completely stopping it might be tough because some hair fall is natural. But you can definitely control and reduce it a lot. Don't stress too much, just figure out the cause first. It could be anything from diet to stress or even genetics. Start with identifying the root.

Haha, if someone figured out how to stop it completely, they'd be a millionaire! But honestly, managing it is more realistic. I lose more hair thinking about losing hair than actually losing it, sometimes. Try some good oil massages, maybe.

Ho na, hair fall can be so worrying! But stopping it completely, I don't know, a little bit is normal. You can definitely try to reduce it. Like, my nani used to say, apply onion juice. Small things can help, haan na.

Hair fall was a big problem for me, and it turned out to be related to my thyroid. Once I started treatment for that, it reduced significantly. So, please, if it's severe, get your blood tests done, especially for thyroid and vitamin deficiencies. Don't ignore it.

Some hair fall is a natural cycle, but excessive hair fall can be managed. Stress is a big factor, so practicing mindfulness and pranayama like Anulom Vilom can really help. Also, gentle head massages with natural oils improve circulation to the scalp. It's about nurturing from within.

Stopping it fully, I doubt it, but reducing it is definitely possible. A good diet with enough protein and vitamins is crucial. Also, general blood circulation improves with regular exercise, even a brisk walk. If a doctor says it's okay, staying active helps with overall health, including hair.
