Is it normal to feel cramps during pregnancy?

I'm in my seventh month, and I keep getting these uncomfortable cramps, sometimes in my lower back, sometimes in my belly. My mother-in-law says it's just 'growing pains.' Is it normal to feel cramps during pregnancy?

Yes, thoda cramping is very common as your body is making room for the little baby! Just drink lots of water and make sure to take plenty of rest! 🌸

My daughter had mild cramps in her first trimester, and we were so anxious. We realized that lying down on her side and keeping her feet elevated really helped. Please do mention it to your gynecologist to be absolutely safe.

Honestly, I used to cry every time I felt a cramp because I was so terrified of losing the baby. It is a very difficult emotional phase to go through. Please know that mild cramps are usually normal, but it is okay to call your doctor just for reassurance.

Dekho, pregnancy mein thoda bahut khinchav aur cramps hona bilkul aam baat hai. Agar pain bahut tez hai ya spotting ho rahi hai, toh turant hospital jao, nahi toh simple aaram karo.

Haan, thoda cramps toh sabko hote hi hain na starting mein. Body puri change ho rahi hoti hai isliye aisa feel hota hai. Bas zyada heavy kaam mat karo aur thoda rest lo.

Halka cramps are natural as the uterus stretches to accommodate new life. Practicing gentle breathing and resting in a comfortable posture can help relax the pelvic muscles. Always check with your doctor before doing any light stretches.

Mild cramps are standard due to uterine growth, so don't let it disrupt your work schedule with panic. Just keep a track of the intensity and tell your gynecologist during your routine weekend checkup. If the pain is sharp, then visit the clinic immediately.
