Is it hair fall season?

Lately, I've noticed a lot more hair falling out than usual, both in the shower and on my pillow. Is it just hair fall season, or should I be worried? My friends are also complaining about the same.

Just like trees shed their leaves in autumn to welcome new growth, our bodies also go through natural cycles of renewal. Do not worry or stress, as stress only increases hair fall. Keep a positive mind, eat natural foods, and trust your body's seasonal cycle.

Oh my god, yes! I was just crying looking at my hairbrush today because so much hair came out. Is anyone else experiencing crazy hair fall since the weather started changing, or is it just my bad luck?

Please don't just write it off as 'seasonal' hair fall if it goes on for months. I ignored my heavy hair shedding thinking it was just the weather, and later found out I had severe thyroid and iron deficiencies. Get a simple blood test done early so you don't regret it later like I did.

My grandmother always recommended applying homemade curry leaf and amla oil during weather changes to strengthen the roots. However, if the hair fall is severe or you see bald patches, it is best to consult a dermatologist rather than just relying on oils. A professional checkup is always safest.

I used to lose sleep over hair fall every monsoon until I realized it is just a cycle. What actually helped me was keeping my scalp clean, reducing stress, and getting my Vitamin D and B12 levels checked, as deficiencies make seasonal hair fall much worse. Keep it simple and check your vitals.

Oh, seasonal shedding is totally a real thing! 🍂 Don't let it ruin your mood. Just show your scalp some extra love, eat lots of protein, and remember that those strands will grow back soon!

During the monsoon and seasonal shifts, high humidity can make your scalp prone to fungal infections, leading to more shedding. I track my sleep, hydration, and nutrition levels on my fitness app, and I've noticed my hair fall always peaks during high-humidity months. Keeping your scalp dry is key.

Yes, during seasonal transitions, especially monsoons, hair fall naturally increases. No need to buy expensive salon treatments. Just wash your hair twice a week with a mild shampoo, don't comb wet hair, and eat a handful of soaked almonds daily to help your hair from within.

Beta, barsaat aur thand ke mausam mein baal thode jyada jhadte hi hain. Humare gaon mein sab dahi aur shikakai lagate hain baalon mein. Aap bhi dhoop me thoda samay bitao aur accha khana khao, sab theek ho jayega.

Listen to me, don't let those scary anti-hairfall ads panic you into buying cheap chemical products. Seasonal hair fall happens to almost everyone and usually settles down on its own in a few weeks. Just focus on sleeping well and eating balanced meals.

My teenage daughter was panicking about her hair fall last week when the humidity rose. I started giving her simple home-cooked meals with beetroot and amla juice, and it has already reduced a bit. Don't worry, kids go through these phases, just focus on their diet.

Dekho, mausam badalne par thoda hair fall hona bilkul normal baat hai, sabke saath hota hai. Par agar guchhe ke guchhe baal toot rahe hain, toh tension mat lo aur seedha ek skin doctor ko dikhao. Bina wajah har dukan ka tel mat lagate raho.
