Is hair loss normal?

Every day, I see a bunch of hair strands in my comb and after I wash my hair. My mother says it's normal to lose some hair, but I'm worried it's too much. How much hair loss is considered normal in a day?

Losing up to 100 strands a day is normal, but anything more than that is not. I ignored my heavy hair fall thinking it was normal stress, but it turned out to be a severe vitamin deficiency. Please get a blood test done before it's too late.

I was reading some dermatological articles and they say losing 50 to 100 hair strands daily is completely normal as new hair grows in its place. Are you losing much more than that, or is it just the regular daily shedding?

Losing some hair while showering is fine, bro. But if you start seeing your scalp or finding hair all over your pillow, that is not normal. Go see a doctor soon like I did, don't wait.

Standard shedding of 50-100 strands is normal, but if you track your sleep and stress levels on your app and see a bad pattern, that might be causing excess hair fall. Try tracking your water intake and nutrition too, it really helps analyze the root cause.

Losing a few strands is natural as the body rejuvenates itself. However, excessive hair fall is a sign of internal imbalance and stress. Daily practice of Kapalbhati and a calm mind can help restore your natural balance.

Yes, totally normal to lose around 100 hairs a day! 😊 Our hair goes through different growth cycles. But if it's falling out in big clumps, then it's best to check with a doctor.
