Is hair loss from lack of sleep reversible?

I've been working late shifts for a while and barely getting 4-5 hours of sleep, and my hairfall has become really bad. My friends are saying it's because of the lack of sleep. If I start sleeping properly, will my hair grow back normally?

Yes, absolutely. When we do not sleep well, our body gets tired and weak, which causes hair to fall. If you start sleeping for 7-8 hours daily and keep a calm mind, your hair will surely grow back.

People online will tell you to drink various teas for sleep and hair, but don't just rely on that. Lack of sleep increases cortisol, which triggers hair shedding. If correcting your sleep for a month doesn't stop the hair fall, go see a dermatologist.

Do not worry too much, dear. Sleep deprivation stresses the body, but once you fix your sleeping schedule and rest well, your hair health will improve naturally.

Try drinking warm turmeric milk before bed to improve your sleep quality, it really helped me. But if you have extreme insomnia along with rapid hair loss, please consult a doctor to check for other underlying issues.

I used to sleep only 4-5 hours during my exam prep and lost so much hair. Once I strictly made a rule to sleep by 11 PM daily, my hair fall reduced drastically within two months. It is definitely reversible!

It is totally reversible, yaar. Actually, late-night screen time ruins our sleep and increases stress, which directly damages hair. Just fix your sleep routine and you will see the difference.
