Is fairlife milk good for weight loss?

I'm trying to cut down on calories and increase my protein intake to lose weight. A friend suggested Fairlife milk, saying it's lower in sugar and higher in protein than regular milk. Is Fairlife milk actually good for weight loss?

Don't fall for these modern marketing trends on social media. No single milk is going to miraculously melt your fat away. Consult a certified doctor or dietitian who can make a proper diet chart for your body type.

Yes, it is excellent for weight loss. The high protein and low sugar content help a lot.

I really want to try it for my weight loss journey, but I'm worried it might cause stomach bloating or heavy digestion. Has anyone here faced any issues like that after drinking it daily? Please do share.

For weight loss and managing blood pressure, you need a holistic lifestyle change, not just a change of milk. Fairlife is good because of less sugar, but make sure you are getting your routine BP and cholesterol checkups done as well.

Hey, don't stress too much about finding the perfect diet milk! Fairlife is actually pretty great because it keeps you full for longer. Just enjoy your fitness journey and don't make it a chore, you've got this!

It has high protein which is good, but it is also quite expensive in India. If you can afford it, go ahead. Otherwise, normal double-toned milk with some boiled egg whites gives you the same nutrition at a fraction of the cost.

It is definitely better than drinking regular milk and then spending an hour on the treadmill regretting it! Just don't use it to wash down a plate of aloo parathas, okay? It does help with calorie control.
