Is excedrin bad for pregnancy?

I sometimes get really bad headaches, and before I knew I was pregnant, I used to take Excedrin. Now that I am, I'm worried if taking it could have been bad for the baby. Is Excedrin generally considered unsafe during pregnancy?

You should absolutely avoid it until you talk to your gynecologist. Excedrin contains aspirin, which is generally not recommended during pregnancy unless specifically prescribed.

Haan, pregnant ladies ko Excedrin lene se bachna chahiye because usme aspirin aur caffeine hota hai. Doctor se pooch kar hi koi dawa lena na.

Hey, don't stress too much! Just stop taking the Excedrin for now and message your doc; they will give you a safe, basic tablet for your headache.

My wife was advised to avoid Excedrin completely during her pregnancy. For headaches, her doctor recommended simple paracetamol which is much safer and easily available.

Strong chemical medicines can be harsh during this delicate phase. Gentle deep breathing and resting in a quiet room are much safer ways to ease your headache.

Don't take it blindly. The aspirin in it can cause complications, especially in the later months, so please keep it away and call your gynecologist.
