Is eating one meal a day good for weight loss?

I've been thinking of trying an intermittent fasting approach, specifically eating only one meal a day. Will this actually help me with my weight loss goals? I heard it's popular these days.

Fasting once a week for detox is fine, but eating only one meal every day goes against nature. It will heat up your stomach and cause severe acidity, so it is better to eat small, simple home-cooked meals.

When you have a 9-to-6 job, eating one meal a day is impossible to sustain. You will lose focus at work and end up bingeing on junk food late at night due to hunger. Stick to realistic portion control instead.

Bhai, din mein ek baar khane se sharir kamzor ho jayega. Taqat nahi rahegi toh kaam kaise karoge? Thoda-thoda khao par dhang se khao.

I manage high blood pressure, and my doctor told me that extreme fasting like one meal a day can stress the body and spike BP. It is much safer to focus on a balanced lifestyle, low salt, and regular checkups.

Doing OMAD can lead to severe nutritional deficiencies and drop your blood sugar levels dangerously. Please get a proper health checkup and consult a doctor or dietician before starting this.
