Is eating eggs good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and everyone says eggs are a good source of protein. Is eating eggs good for weight loss generally, like if I have them daily for breakfast?

Honestly, eggs are a lifesaver when those 4 PM cravings hit! Instead of samosas, I just scramble two eggs with light butter. It satisfies the foodie in me and doesn't ruin my weight goals at all.

In our times, we ate everything but kept moving. From my own experience, a boiled egg in the morning has always kept my stomach full and weight in check. Trust your body, simple food is always best.

My grandmother used to say eggs are too heavy for daily breakfast. But when I asked my doctor, he confirmed that the protein in eggs actually helps with weight management. I have been eating them regularly now and feel much lighter.

It actually works, yaar. I used to skip breakfast and end up eating junk, but now I just have two boiled eggs. Keeps me full till lunch easily, so no extra calories are going in.

Eggs can be good, but please check your lipid profile and cholesterol levels first. Sometimes daily egg consumption doesn't suit everyone. Better to get a quick blood test done and consult your doctor before making it a daily habit.

I was so stressed about whether the yolk would cause weight gain or if I should only eat whites. After reading too much online, I finally just started eating one whole egg daily. It has worked well and hasn't caused any issues, so don't stress too much like I did!
