Is eating eggs at night good for weight loss?

I usually get hungry late at night and eggs are easy to make. Is eating eggs at night good for weight loss, or should I avoid them close to bedtime?

I used to panic thinking eating protein like eggs late at night would cause digestion issues or weight gain. But actually, they are low-carb and high-protein, which keeps you full and prevents midnight cravings. It's totally fine.

Eating 2 boiled egg whites at night is a very safe and healthy option if you feel hungry before bed. It won't affect your weight loss journey at all. Just make sure you don't fry them in heavy butter.

Boiled egg whites are my go-to night snack when my thyroid makes me feel tired and hungry. Just check your cholesterol and thyroid levels regularly, and ask your doctor if it fits your specific diet plan.

At my age, eating a heavy dinner means acidity all night. But two soft-boiled eggs with a little black salt is light on the stomach and easy to digest. It keeps the weight in check and doesn't disrupt sleep.
