Hmm, I don't think milk at night directly helps with weight loss. Maybe choose skim milk if you are very particular about calories, but consistency in diet and exercise is key.

Beta, earlier times people used to say warm milk helps with sleep. For weight loss, it's more about what you eat throughout the day and how much you move. Thoda sa haldi dal ke peete the log, achha hota tha.

Honestly, milk at night for weight loss is a myth. It's just extra calories. If you want to lose weight, focus on portion control, balanced meals, and regular workouts. Skip the late-night milk unless it's for sleep.

I used to think every food after 7 PM would make me gain weight, including milk! But actually, it's the total daily calorie intake that matters. If milk fits your macros, it's fine. Don't stress too much about the timing unless it's a huge portion.

From my experience, drinking milk at night didn't make me lose weight, but it also didn't make me gain it if it was part of my overall diet. I usually prefer buttermilk in the day. What works for one might not work for another.

Haan, log bolte hain milk se neend achhi aati hai, but weight loss ke liye... na ji. Woh toh aapki puri diet aur exercise pe depend karta hai. Mere hisaab se toh raat mein avoid karo heavy stuff.

Actually, milk has calories and some sugar (lactose). If you're trying to lose weight, maybe cut down on late-night snacks altogether, or choose something lighter. A small cup of warm milk for sleep is okay, but not really a weight loss tool.

My son drinks milk at night for calcium, but we make sure it's low-fat and not a huge glass. For weight loss, focusing on a balanced dinner and early eating is more effective, I feel. It's more about the whole routine.

Generally, milk is good for health, but for weight loss specifically at night, I doubt it helps directly. Better to have early light dinners. If you have specific health goals, always good to consult a doctor or a dietician.

With PCOS, I have to be very careful about dairy. Some people find milk causes inflammation which can hinder weight loss. So, it really depends on your body. Best to observe how your body reacts or talk to a nutritionist.
