Is diarrhea a sign of pregnancy or period?

I'm having loose stools and my period is also delayed. Now I'm confused if it's just my period coming or something else entirely. Can diarrhea be a sign for either of these?

Honestly yaar, this is the most confusing part! Both period and early pregnancy can mess with your digestion. I've had loose motions before my period sometimes, and then heard friends say same happened when they were pregnant. So, actual reliable sign toh nahi hai. Test hi best option hai.

Please don't try to guess with symptoms like diarrhea. My sister-in-law thought her stomach issues were just a bad period, but it turned out to be early pregnancy. It caused a bit of stress. Best to just do a pregnancy test; it's quick and gives a clear answer.

Oh, I've tried everything to calm my stomach down before my period! Sometimes it works, sometimes not. With early pregnancy, the body is doing so much. Diarrhea is just one of those vague symptoms that can swing either way. So for clarity, a home test is your friend. Keep hydrated, though!

Ugh, the body plays such tricks on us! It's true, hormonal changes before your period or in early pregnancy can both cause digestive upset like diarrhea. It's not a definitive sign for either. The best thing is to wait for your period, and if it's late, take a home pregnancy test.

Been there, done that! My periods used to give me loose motions often. And with my first pregnancy, I had a bit of an upset stomach too. It's super confusing because the symptoms overlap. The only real way to know is a pregnancy test after your period is due. Don't stress over this symptom alone.

Our inner balance affects everything. Both menstruation and pregnancy bring significant hormonal shifts, and sometimes the body expresses this through digestion. Diarrhea can be a part of that, yes. But it is not a direct signal for either. Practice gentle breathing, and do a clear test for clarity.

Honestly, the internet will give you 100 reasons for diarrhea. While hormonal shifts can affect digestion, diarrhea isn't a definitive marker for either. Instead of playing symptom detective, just take a reliable home pregnancy test if your period is late. Don't rely on these vague signs.

If only our bodies sent us a WhatsApp message, 'Hey, period's coming' or 'Congrats, you're pregnant!' instead of playing these mind games with our intestines! Diarrhea can literally mean anything from a bad samosa to major life changes. Don't be a detective, take a test!

Oh, this is such a classic anxious moment. I remember constantly analyzing every cramp, every little change, and the digestive issues just added to the confusion. It's emotionally exhausting. Just know you're not alone in feeling this way. It's okay to be unsure.

Beti, before period, some women feel a bit loose in the stomach, and some also feel it when they first conceive. It's common for our stomach to react to changes. Drink plenty of water and eat soft khichdi. For the main question, you need to wait for your period date or take a test.
