Is cramping normal in pregnancy?

I'm about 7 months pregnant, and sometimes I feel a tightening or a mild cramp, especially when I'm tired. My gynaecologist mentioned Braxton Hicks, but I wanted to confirm. Is cramping a normal experience at various stages of pregnancy?

Yes, mild cramping is quite normal. Just make sure to change your posture or lie down for a bit when it happens.

My wife tracked her symptoms on her pregnancy app and mild cramping was listed as very common. But if the app shows a sudden spike in pain levels or you track other symptoms like fever, consult your doctor.

Mild cramps are normal, but keep a close eye on your overall health. Since I have thyroid issues, I had to do regular blood tests to ensure my hormone levels were fine while managing these symptoms.

I had mild cramps off and on during my entire pregnancy. Drinking coconut water and taking proper rest helped me a lot. Just avoid standing for too long.

I rushed to the emergency room in my first trimester because of mild cramps, convinced something was wrong. The doctor did an ultrasound and everything was perfect. It is usually just normal stretching, so take a deep breath.

My wife had mild stomach cramps during her second month. We panicked and called the doctor, but she said it is just the uterus expanding. So don't worry too much if it is mild.
