Is cod liver healthy?

My father keeps telling me to eat more fish for good health. I was thinking of trying cod liver, but is it actually healthy? Just want to confirm before I start.

I started eating canned cod liver last year for my vitamin D deficiency. It is incredibly healthy and packed with omega-3s, but let me tell you, the taste is very strong and oily. My tip is to mash it with some raw onions, lemon, and green chillies to make it palatable for Indian taste buds.

In our days, we relied on simple local foods and fresh ghee for strength. Cod liver is indeed very nutritious for eyes and bones because of natural vitamins. However, it can be quite heavy on the stomach, so start with very small portions and see how your digestion behaves.

Cod liver is highly nourishing and helps keep our joints lubricated and supple, which supports our daily yoga practice. It is rich in prana-supporting nutrients. Just ensure you source it from a clean, high-quality brand to keep your body pure and toxin-free.

Yes, cod liver is highly nutritious and an excellent source of vitamin D and healthy fats. It is great for bone health, especially as we age. Just remember that moderation is key since it is very rich. Try incorporating it once or twice a week and see how it suits you.

Don't worry too much about all these modern health debates. We have seen people taking cod liver oil and eating liver for decades to stay strong. It is indeed very healthy for your eyes and joints. Just eat fresh, stay active, and don't complicate your diet too much.

While cod liver is traditionally known for its health benefits, self-prescribing highly concentrated nutrient sources can sometimes strain your digestive system or liver. It is always wise to get your vitamin levels checked first. Let a medical professional advise if you actually need it.

Please be careful because cod liver is extremely high in Vitamin A. I took cod liver products daily without monitoring and ended up with mild toxicity symptoms like severe nausea and hair loss. Please get a proper doctor's consult and blood test before adding such concentrated foods to your daily diet.

Honestly, my gym trainer told me cod liver is a cheat code for vitamins and muscle recovery. I tried it once but the smell was way too intense for me, haha. If you can handle the strong fishy vibe, it's definitely super healthy and packed with nutrients.

Cod liver is literally called the 'foie gras of the sea' because of how buttery and rich it is! Health benefits aside, if you spread it on hot toasted sourdough bread with a squeeze of lime, it feels like a gourmet treat. Just don't overeat it because it is super calorie-dense!

Cod liver is very good for immunity and joints, ho na. My cousin was taking it for his dry skin issues and it worked really well. But it has a very oily texture, so it might not suit everyone's stomach easily. Thoda carefully start karo.
