Is chinese food bad for diabetics?

My doctor recently diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes. I love eating Chinese food, especially on weekends with family. I was wondering if it's something I should completely avoid now, or are there some options that are not so bad for diabetics?

Aiyo, anything can be bad if you overdo it, no? Chinese food especially, with all the hidden sugars in sauces and maida. I've tried to control my sugar with so many home remedies, but honestly, portion control and choosing wisely at restaurants is key. Stick to clear soups and lots of veggies.

Chinese food for diabetics? Well, if it's super oily or loaded with sweet and sour sauce, then your sugar levels might go on a world tour! 😂 But seriously, ask for less oil, less sugar, and load up on the veggies. It's all about making smart choices, not giving up on all deliciousness.

Namaste ji! Chinese food can be tricky for diabetics because it often has high amounts of sugar (in sauces), refined carbs (noodles, white rice), and sometimes high sodium. If you love it, try to choose steamed options, ask for less sauce, and opt for brown rice if available. Control your portions always.

With PCOS, I have to be so careful with hidden sugars and carbs, and Chinese food is full of them. So yes, for diabetics, it's definitely something to be very mindful of. If you do eat it, try to balance it with low-carb choices for the rest of the day and definitely monitor your blood sugar afterwards to see how you react.

Haan na, it can be a problem because of all the maida and sugar in the gravies. But if you like Chinese, thoda sa le sakte ho with lots of vegetables. Aur always check what you are ordering, ho na? Don't have too much rice.

It really depends on what you order. Most restaurant Chinese dishes are high in sodium, sugar, and refined carbs, which aren't great for managing diabetes. If you're craving it, go for something like steamed fish or chicken with lots of veggies and light on the sauce. Portion control is key.
