Do not blindly follow online challenges that claim burning 700 calories daily is the magic number. It is a very high target that can lead to muscle loss or injury if your diet isn't right. Get a proper physical checkup and ask a certified trainer before attempting this.

Instead of joining an expensive gym to burn 700 calories, you can achieve it for free with daily brisk walking, climbing stairs, and running in a public park. Save that money for a comprehensive body checkup and blood tests, which will actually help you plan your health budget better.

While burning 700 calories daily will certainly create a significant energy deficit, it is crucial to ensure you aren't under-eating, which can damage your metabolism. A balanced approach combining nutrition and exercise is ideal, so consulting a sports nutritionist is highly recommended.

Honestly, burning 700 calories a day sounds exhausting just to read when I barely get 5 hours of sleep thanks to my job. If I tried that, I would probably fall asleep on the treadmill. Make sure you are sleeping well first, otherwise your body won't lose weight anyway!

I used to force myself to burn 700 calories on the elliptical every single day, and I felt so exhausted and emotionally drained. It became an obsession and I hated my body. Please don't tie your self-worth to these high numbers, a smaller, happy workout is much better.

I ignored severe knee joint pain while pushing myself to hit heavy calorie-burning targets daily, thinking it was just normal muscle soreness, and ended up with a permanent cartilage tear. Please listen to your body's warning signs and get a doctor's checkup if anything hurts.

Practically speaking, burning 700 active calories requires almost 1.5 to 2 hours of solid physical effort daily, which is very hard to sustain with a 9-to-6 corporate job. Aim for a realistic 300-400 calorie burn instead, and control your diet to create the remaining deficit.

With my hypothyroid condition, my metabolism is slow, and burning 700 calories a day would be too taxing without proper medical guidance. Please get your thyroid and vitamin levels tested before starting such high-intensity routines, as low levels can cause severe muscle fatigue.
