Is bike riding good for knee pain?

My knees have been bothering me lately, but I enjoy riding my bicycle. I'm wondering if it's making it worse. Is bike riding good for knee pain, or should I avoid it?

It depends. For some, it helps, for others, it can worsen it. Best to check with a doctor.

I ignored my knee pain once thinking 'thoda rest se theek ho jayega', and it became much worse. For knee pain, especially if it's persistent, please don't self-diagnose. Cycling can be good, but only if your doctor says it's okay for *your* specific knee issue. Get it checked first, before starting any new exercise.

For knee pain, it's a double-edged sword. Cycling is low impact, which is generally good. But if your form is wrong or the pain is due to something specific, it can make it worse. Get a doctor's opinion first, don't guess with your knees.

That's an interesting question! I always thought cycling was good for knees because it's low impact. But then I've heard some people say it can irritate existing pain. So confusing! Hope you get a good answer.

Ho na, generally cycle chalana knees ke liye acha hota hai kyunki usmein impact kam hota hai. Par agar already knee pain hai, toh doctor se puchna bahut important hai. Sometimes, certain exercises can worsen it instead of helping, haan na? Better safe.
