Is being warm a sign of pregnancy?

I've noticed I feel unusually warm all the time, even when the room is cool. I'm also experiencing some other potential pregnancy symptoms, and my periods are irregular. Could feeling warm be a sign of pregnancy?

I know during my pregnancy journey, many friends mentioned feeling warmer. Your body is doing a lot, so metabolism changes can cause that. Just make sure to stay super hydrated, it helps with feeling comfortable. And light exercise, if your doc approves, can also help regulate body temp.

Actually, yes. Your basal body temperature usually rises after ovulation and stays elevated if you're pregnant. So if you're tracking your temp, a sustained higher reading could be a good sign. It's all about those hormonal shifts, which my app explained really well.

Haha, are you glowing from within already? Jokes aside, yeah, a slight increase in body temperature is pretty common in early pregnancy. So if you're feeling like a warm oven, it could be good news! Just don't start baking cookies at 98 degrees.

Oh, really? I've been feeling unusually warm lately and my periods are a bit late. Is this a common sign for everyone, or just some people? I'm a bit nervous to ask.

Hey girl, don't stress too much, but yeah, feeling warmer is a pretty common early pregnancy symptom. Your basal body temperature can go up a bit. Keep an eye on it, and maybe take a test if you're wondering! Good luck!

Beti, I remember feeling warmer than usual, almost like a mild fever, in my early pregnancy. It's because your body is working hard to grow a new life. Many women experience this, so don't be alarmed. Just keep yourself comfortable.

When I was pregnant, I definitely felt like I was running a bit hotter than usual, especially during the first few weeks. It's one of those subtle changes. But remember, every body is different, so this was just my experience.
